As promised in Part 3 of my review of the End Tiredness Program, I have provided below further details to expand on the good and bad points of my review of the End Tiredness Program.

Without further ado, here is my synopsis:

Good Points about the End Tiredness Program

Readability
The Ebook has big font that is easy to read.  Although the Ebook is 143 pages long, it is very easy to read as the paragraphs and it is easy to grasp the key points being communicated.

Technical information
It is not a highly technical Ebook.  Provides very practical information that is easy to understand.

For example, they cover in basic terms information about what a sleep cycle to provide you a basic understanding.

Approach to using the Book

Provides a suggested approach in terms of how to use the Book. You are not left wondering how to use this Book.

Benefits of the Program
It outline the benefits to be gained once you have applied the End Tiredness Program.  For example, one benefit to be gained from applying the Program is to improve the quality of your sleep.  You will learn about what a sleep cycle is, find out what your own sleep cycle is, and be able to make subsequent changes to your sleep cycle so that you can improve the quality of your sleep.

Overall benefit of the Program
Off course, the overall benefit to be gained from this Ebook is that you will improve your overall wellbeing and not feel so tired each day.

Practical Strategies to implement
Tina Hagen and Peter Novak outline some very practical strategies that you could implement straightaway like adopting a healthier diet and exercising.

The authors make it quite clear at the front of the Ebook that they are not medical specialists or doctors.  At the end of the Ebook, they are also pretty upfront that it is really up to you which strategies you choose to apply since everyone is in a different personal situation.

Exercises
Provides exercises in the Book that you can work through on your own.  For example the sleep log exercise is an exercise for you to apply to help you discover what your sleep cycle is.  The sleep log exercise will help you document your sleep schedule ie what time you go to bed, what you wake up and interprete what it means.

Everyone always want to know what bonuses are included when they buy an Ebook!  The End Tiredness Program comes with a generous 3 bonuses including “unlimited expert support”.

Bad Points about the End Tiredness Program

Contents Page
No table of contents page.  A table of contents page would be really handy for referencing.

Format of Ebook
Some people may feel that the formatting for the Ebook is too liberal resulting in lots of spaces between paragraphs.  And hence, you are not getting much content.  I feel that the Ebook could have been compacted into an Ebook with the same content provided but in less pages.

These are minor points which I think you can live with, and I feel that the contents in this book are invaluable.  Some of the suggestions are commonsense and you probably already know some of the factual information provided but the Book gives you actionable strategies to apply.

Summary

Overall, I enjoyed reading the End Tiredness Program Ebook and I think it is a useful resource to buy if you are suffering from tiredness and would like to improve your overall health and wellbeing.

If you apply the exercises in the Ebook on a regular basis, I think you will start to see an improvement in your tiredness situation.  If you are not suffering from tiredness,  this is a great little Ebook nevertheless to learn some practical techniques to boost your energy levels.
