Are you always feeling tired?

It’s horrible when you are always feeling tired. It’s that lack of energy that seems to pervade every cell of your body.  You find yourself rushing through your day not feeling as energized as you would like to be.  Wouldn’t it be great to feel a bit more energized and get more of a spring to your step?

It is possible your feeling of extreme tiredness may possibly be related to lack of sleep.

Sleeping Beauty provides you with some top things to do to help you combat feeling tired all the time.

Here are some energizing things you could do to get that bounce back in your step.

Have a swim
There is something about having a swim that makes you feel refreshed.  If you are not a regular swimmer, head to your local swimming pool or beach and have a bit of a splash or do some laps to get some regular exercise.  When you get out of that pool,  enjoy that luxurious feeling of being totally energized.  Nothing beats that feeling.

Breathe that tiredness out
The practice of deep breathing is well known to have therapeutic benefits for your body.  Our normal state of breathing is usually fairly shallow.  Set aside a short 10 to 15 minutes each day to engage in some deep breathing exercises.  It’s a fairly simple process of finding yourself a quiet spot and focussing on your breath as you breath in and breath out.

Get proper sleep
Lastly, but not least, make sure you get plenty of good quality sleep.  The recommended number of hours of sleep is around 7 to 8 hours.  But each individual has different requirements for sleep.  Practice good sleep hygiene practices by getting into a routine of relaxation and winding down prior to bedtime.  This will help to get into a relaxed state to have a good night’s sleep.
